 Shipping & Delivery
UK Orders
All orders are shipped within two working day of us receiving cleared payment. As standard we use Royal Mail, our aim is to have all order delivered within 5 working days of payment being received. Wherever possible we use a tracked service to guarantee safe delivery.

We go to great lengths to make sure you have your item on time and perfect condition. Sadly sometimes delivery companies let both us and our customers down, if this ever happens we do whatever possible to sort out the issues and ask you kindly to bear with us.

International Orders
We ship to most countries around the world and state most of these on the listing page. If you would like delivery to a country not stated on our listing page please feel free to contact us. We use only a priority service that has a worldwide delivery estimate of 5-10 working days.

We must however point out that international delivery is highly dependent on your domestic postal service, as such some countries can far in excess of these estimates and are outside of our control. In light of this please allow up to 3 - 4 weeks for delivery if your requesting shipping to Portugal, Italy, Russia or anywhere outside of the EU.

Special Delivery
We offer guaranteed next day delivery on most items, please check our listing pages for details and costs.

Returns & Replacements

If you receive your order and it is not what you are expecting, it isn't a problem - you can return it back to us within 30 days of receiving the goods for a full refund. Unfortunately returns cost are at your own expense, unless of course the issue was our doing then we will happily cover these costs.

Please submit your return by using the returns form here and then return the item to the below address. Please also enclose the sales order number, your name and email address along with a reason for return highlighting any faults. It’s also important to state if you’d like a refund or exchange.

Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in a perfect and unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund. All refunds should be prosessed within 5 working days of items being received back. 

For hygiene reasons we do not offer refundeds or exchanges (unless defective) on in-ear headphones.
