Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched the same day for orders completed and paid for by 4pm weekdays. UK Mainland addresses are shipped via Citylink with tracking and require a signature. Offshore UK Isles, Northern Ireland and Ireland are normally sent via Royal Mail on a 2/4 day service.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas shipping fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns

We offer a 7 day cooling off period for products that are no longer required or purchased in error.  Items must be returned in the same condition and complete with any accessories initially supplied. 

All products are sold with a 90 Day return to base warranty.  However the majority of products will have the original manufacturers guaranttee still in force.  If you experience a problem within 90 days of your purchase please use the RMA request form in your order history to initiate a return.

After 90 days please contact the relevant equipment manufacturer via their website.
