 If goods arrive in a damaged condition or defective on Arrival (DOA) you must inform us as soon as practicable. If the goods are physically damaged during transit you MUST inform us within 24 hours of signed delivery. If the parcel appear damaged, please sign 'unchecked' . Failure do do so may affect any warranty  claims that you make. 

Please refer to your instructions before deciding if your goods are faulty.

You will need to return the faulty goods to us before a refund or replacement can be arranged. If the goods are covered by the original Manufacturer, they usually arrange collection Free of Charge (UK Mainland only). We will either replace /repair the goods at no extra charge, or refund any money paid by you for the goods. We do not cover the cost of returning goods

Please contact us by email or phone if you are unsure whether you have a hardware fault/issue with your goods. Often software, drivers and other factors can have an adverse effect on the operation of hardware products. We maybe able to help you... so please call. If it is apparent that the goods are suffering from a hardware failure we will issue you with an RMA number (Returns Authorisation Number) that must be quoted with all returning goods.

If the goods returned under this condition are found not to be defective and to be in full working order they will be returned to you. The cost of return delivery  will be chargeable  to the customer. Alternatively the goods will be taken back into stock and a refund (less a 25% restocking/administration fee and initial delivery cost) will be issued.

If we diagnose that a software issue has caused the 'failure', we will contact you and offer to rectify the problem at a rate of £45/hour + VAT (minimum charge £45 +VAT)

All new goods are sold with the benefit of a minimum 12-month manufacturer guarantee and it is your responsibility to complete and return to the manufacturer the purchase registration form enclosed with the goods. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Used goods are covered by the warranty period & type stated at the time of purchase. You shall not be entitled to a refund or replacement of damaged goods if the defect arises because you fail to follow the manufactures instructions as to use, installation, commissioning, or maintenance of the goods or you alter or repair such goods without our written consent. These terms are subject to English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
